Recipe: Vegan Grilled Banana Sandwich


  • 1x banana
  • 2 tsp vegan sour cream
  • Handful of raspberries
  • Handful of pomegranate seeds
  • Handful of blueberries
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vegan butter

  • Toast two slices of your favourite vegan bread
  • Butter both sides of the toast
  • Spread a thin layer of vegan sour cream
  • Add sliced banana and sliced raspberries between the toast
  • Cut sandwich in half, diagonally
  • Decorate with heated peanut butter
  • Top with blueberries and pomegranate seeds
