Recipe: Vegan Whole Wheat Tortillas with Maple and Banana

Makes 8

Ingredients:
  • 2 x whole wheat tortillas (see recipe: Vegan Wholewheat Tortillas Recipe)
  • Vegan peanut butter
  • Vegan almond butter
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • Pomegranate seeds
  • 1 small box of raspberries
Method:
  • Cut two tortillas in half
  • Spread almond butter inside
  • Slice raspberries in half, slice the bananas and add to tortillas
  • Add half tbsp of maple syrup in each tortilla
  • Close tortillas and decorate with pomegranate seeds, warmed peanut butter and raspberries
